Our private artist studios are designed to give artists, writers, and creative professionals the space and support to focus and grow their practice.

  • Private studios range in size from 81-142 square feet.

    Our rates are intentionally set below comparable downtown office rents and are supported in part by sponsorship and community fundraising.

    We are committed to maintaining at least two subsidized studios for practicing Durham-based artists. We welcome inquiries from artists who may need sliding scale options.
